We’re here to assist you. Please select one of the two ways we offer to report your Anonymous Tip regarding Insurance Fraud.
All information received through the Claims Special Investigation Unit or via
email to the CLMSIU@STATEAUTO.com is passed on to the appropriate
internal investigator or, if necessary, to a law enforcement agency outside of
State Auto.
State Auto pledges to make every effort to maintain the anonymity of all
callers to the Claims Special Investigation Unit at 888-999-8037 as well as
anonymity tot hose reporting suspected fraud via email. Callers are not
required to give their name or any other identifying information. There is no
caller ID on the telephone lines and the calls are not recorded, even for
quality control purposes. In addition, email reports can be submitted without
providing a name or email address and State Auto collects no source data
related to these reports.
